Cookie Policy
Information on the use of cookies under EU rules (ePrivacy and GDPR).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user’s device, where they are stored to be sent back to the same sites on the next visit. They are divided into technical cookies (necessary for operation) and profiling/marketing cookies (aimed at building user profiles for commercial purposes).
2. Technical cookies (always active)
Essential for the proper functioning of the site; they do not require consent:
- Cookie consent preference (localStorage:
emyra-cookie-consent) — stores the choice made in the banner. Duration: until deleted by the user. - Technical session cookies possibly set by the hosting infrastructure for load balancing and security. Duration: session.
3. Marketing cookies (only with consent)
Activated only if you press «Accept» in the banner. If you reject, none of these tools are loaded and no marketing cookie is set.
- Meta Pixel (cookie
_fbpand scriptfbevents.js) — Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Purpose: measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimising ads on Facebook and Instagram — Duration of the_fbpcookie: 90 days. Information: Meta privacy policy.
4. Legal basis and consent management
Technical cookies do not require consent. Marketing cookies are set only on the basis of your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given through the banner with an equally simple option to reject. You can revoke or change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data (the saved preference) and reloading the site: the banner will appear again.
5. Managing cookies from your browser
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Disabling technical cookies may affect some site features.
6. Data controller
The data controller is EMYRA LTD. For any information: supporto@emyra.store. For more details on the processing of personal data see the Privacy Policy.
