Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

The site emyra.store is run by EMYRA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with number 16999697, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (the "Seller"). Contact: emyra.assistance@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern distance sales of the products shown on the site to consumers living in the European Union. They do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

3. Products

The main features of each product are described on its page. Photos and videos show the product as faithfully as possible; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping to European Union countries is free. Products ship from warehouses inside the European Union: you pay no customs duties. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

5. Ordering and contract

To order, choose the product, enter your delivery details and pay. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds: you immediately receive a confirmation email summarising the order. Keep it as confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

If a product is no longer available or the price shown contains an obvious error, we tell you and refund you in full within 14 days.

6. Payment

We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards and Google Pay, all handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. The Seller never receives or stores your card details. Where available you can pay in instalments through PayPal's own solutions, on their terms.

7. Delivery

Estimated times are shown on the product page and in the confirmation email (usually 5–10 working days). You receive the tracking number when the parcel ships. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only on delivery.

If the product is not delivered within 30 days of your order, you can ask us to deliver within an additional period; if we still fail, you can end the contract and get a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Write to emyra.assistance@gmail.com with your order number, or use the form on the Returns page. We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the product or proof that you sent it back.

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product's nature and functioning.

Withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

9. Legal guarantee

All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery provided by the law of your country. If a product is faulty, write to us with photos or a video: we offer replacement, repair or refund as the law provides, at no cost to you.

10. Liability

Use products following the instructions and warnings supplied. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints

Send any complaint to emyra.assistance@gmail.com: we reply within 2 working days. If we cannot solve it, you may contact an alternative dispute resolution body in your country or the competent court.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to the protection you enjoy under the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.
