Terms and Conditions

1. Seller

The website EMYRA.STORE (the «Site») is operated by EMYRA LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (the «Seller»). Contact: supporto@emyra.store.

2. Subject

These terms govern the distance selling, through the Site, of officially licensed football shirts and sports items (original replicas). Names, trademarks and logos of teams and federations belong to their respective owners; the Seller trades exclusively in official products.

3. Prices

All prices on the Site are expressed in euro and include VAT. Any shipping costs, where not included, are clearly indicated before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that individual orders are subject to the price indicated at the time the order is placed.

4. Made-to-order items — order flow

The items offered on the Site are made to order. The flow is as follows: (1) the user submits the order on the Site — no payment is requested at this stage and no contractual purchase obligation arises for the user; (2) the Seller checks the availability of the item and contacts the user by email or phone for the availability confirmation; (3) only after confirmation does the user proceed to payment; (4) upon receipt of payment the Seller ships the order with delivery in 2–8 working days. The user may cancel the order at any time before payment, at no cost. Alternatively, the user can pay immediately at checkout with PayPal or card: in that case the contract is concluded upon successful payment. These conditions are also shown on the checkout page, before order confirmation.

5. Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is concluded only upon order confirmation and acceptance of payment. The Seller may refuse anomalous orders or orders not compliant with these terms, notifying the user.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 2–8 working days from payment confirmation, with express courier and tracking. For details see the Shipping & Delivery page.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Methods and conditions are described on the Returns & Refunds page.

8. Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU consumer law (24 months from delivery).

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the consumer’s country of residence. Disputes with consumers may be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.

10. Online dispute resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The consumer may also use the mediation procedures provided by applicable law.
