How to return a product

• Write to emyra.assistance@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the product you want to return. You can also use the form below.
• We reply with the return address and instructions for the parcel.
• Send the product within 14 days of your notice, in its original packaging if possible, and keep the proof of postage.

Refund

We refund the full amount paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you sent it.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered: in those cases we pay.

Faulty or damaged product

Write to emyra.assistance@gmail.com with a photo or short video of the problem within 2 years of delivery (legal guarantee). We offer replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Withdrawal form

You can copy this text into an email:

"To: EMYRA LTD, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom, emyra.assistance@gmail.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date], order number [number]. Name: [ ]. Address: [ ]. Date: [ ]."
