You have 14 days to change your mind, as required by law.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the courier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to return

  • Send a message to supporto@emyra.store within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the items to return.
  • You will receive return shipping instructions within 1 working day.
  • Ship the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Direct return costs are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Return conditions

  • Items must be intact, unused and unwashed, with original labels and tags attached.
  • The original packaging must be included, where present.
  • Only the handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods is allowed (as in a shop).

Refund times

The refund is issued within 14 days from when we receive the return (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method as the purchase, at no extra cost to you.

Orders not yet paid

You can cancel an order at any time and at no cost before payment, simply by writing to us. After delivery, the normal withdrawal conditions above apply.

Faulty products

In case of lack of conformity, the legal guarantee under EU consumer law applies. Contact us right away: replacement or refund, including shipping costs, is at our expense.
