Where we ship
All European Union countries. For now we do not ship outside the EU (for example Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom).
Timing
Parcels usually ship within 1–2 working days and arrive in 5–10 working days in total. Each product page shows the estimated dates for an order placed today. At peak times (Black Friday, Christmas) couriers may take 1–2 extra days.
Costs and customs
Shipping is free. Products ship from warehouses in the European Union: no duties or clearance fees on delivery.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships you get an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it. Orders with several products may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Damaged or missing parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and write to emyra.assistance@gmail.com. If tracking shows delivered but you received nothing, write within 7 days: we open a claim with the courier and, if the parcel is lost, we resend it or refund you.
