Do I need a socket to heat it?
No: it heats with its own battery. You only need a socket to recharge it, with the USB-C cable.
How long does it take to heat?
It depends on the food and how cold it is. Set the timer and when it finishes it switches to keep-warm on its own. A splash of water on the food helps it heat better.
How long does the battery last?
One charge gives about 70 minutes of heating in total. A full recharge takes about 4 hours.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The stainless steel tray is. The base with the battery is not: wipe it with a damp cloth.
Will it leak in my bag?
The lid has a silicone seal that stops leaks on the go.
Can it charge my phone?
Yes, in an emergency it also works as a power bank.
Which colours are there?
Black and orange, or white.
When will it arrive?
Usually in 4–9 working days, with tracking.
How do I track my parcel?
