Delivery
Delivery in 2–7 working days with a courier for bulky parcels and tracking. Free shipping across Italy. We notify you by email at dispatch with the tracking code.
Warranty
2-year legal guarantee of conformity (EU consumer law) covering defects present at delivery. Battery and wear parts as per the manufacturer's terms.
Assembly
Delivered 85% pre-assembled. Only final assembly of front wheel, handlebar, pedals and mudguard is required: about 15–20 minutes. The box includes the instruction leaflet and the tools needed for assembly.
Returns & withdrawal
Right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery (distance selling). The product must be returned intact, not used beyond a normal check, in its original packaging. As a bulky item, the direct return costs are borne by the customer (courier for bulky parcels); we help you arrange it. Refund within 14 days of the return.
